When you visit the site, your browser transmits technically necessary data to the server: IP address, time, requested file, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system. The server records these in log files in order to deliver the site and to detect faults and attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

No cookies, no tracking

We do not set cookies and do not store anything on your device. There is no audience measurement and there are no advertising networks. Fonts and scripts are hosted on our own server; the animations are computed in your browser. That is why you do not see a consent banner when you visit.

Appointment request

In the form we ask for your first and last name, date of birth, e-mail address, optionally your phone number, the duration and onset of your symptoms, previous treatments and surgeries, whether an MRI is available, optionally the access details for your images (link, code, password), and your type of insurance. We use these details solely to review your request and offer you an appointment.

Information about symptoms and treatments is health data. The legal basis is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future.

Your request is transmitted to our server in encrypted form and delivered from there by e-mail to Dr. Wagner and his practice team. It is not stored on the web server.
